I started working in retail when I was a teenage and what I came to realize was that women

didn't come into the dressing room looking for clothes - they came in looking for confidence. 

I'd spend hours with them, trying things on, talking, figuring out what lit them up and what shut them down. Beyond the clothing, the conversations were what stuck with me;

regardless of what was going on in their lives, women wanted to walk out feeling empowered

and comfortable in their own skin

 

I went on to spend years in the fashion industry, as a clothing designer, stylist, and personal shopper and I was good at it, but somewhere along the way, I realized that the transformation

I actually cared about couldn't be hung in a closet. I wanted to help women feel confident from the inside out, not just from the outside in.

 

So I made the pivot. I became a certified self-development coach, wrote books,

and founded TLD HER -  a community designed to help women be unapologetically themselves.

I've spent years now doing the work I was always meant to do:

sitting with women in the middle of their lives and helping them find their way through.

 

My clients don't come to me broken.

They come to me stuck - living smaller than they're capable of

and they leave taking up space in the world in ways that make me genuinely proud.

 

That's the work and I absolutely love it.
