The Eldest Daughter Support Group Is Our Monthly Meeting
If you've spent most of your life being the responsible one, the dependable one, the strong one, the one everyone calls when things fall apart; this space is for you.
The Good Girl Recovery Group is a monthly virtual support group designed specifically for eldest daughters and women who identify with the pressures that often come with that role.
Together, we'll explore the patterns that many eldest daughters know intimately:
people-pleasing, perfectionism, over-functioning, hyper-independence, guilt, difficulty asking for help, putting yourself last, and feeling responsible for everyone else's emotions.
This is a guided community space where women can come together to share honestly, feel less alone, gain insight, and begin rewriting the stories that no longer serve them.
